Full Time Caregiver (PM)

About The Position

Silverado Rolling Hills is hiring a full-time Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role focuses on compassionate assistance with daily living, building relationships with residents and families, and creating a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. Caregivers maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team. The schedule is a PM shift, four days on and two days off, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. The anticipated pay range is $19–$22 per hour. Employment offers are contingent on a background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing if applicable. Silverado uses E-Verify to confirm work authorization.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Nice To Haves

Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions; preferred but not required.
High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent.

Responsibilities
