About The Position
Right at Home is hiring caregivers to provide dependable, one-on-one support to adults who want to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. The role is based in Columbiana, Alabama, and offers full-time and part-time schedules. Each client has different needs, so daily duties may vary. Compensation starts at $13–$15 per hour, with additional weekend pay and weekly pay; daily pay access is available through TapCheck.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Previous caregiving experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
- Prepare meals.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Run errands or provide transportation.
- Support clients with everyday activities and routines in their homes.
