About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking experienced, reliable caregivers to help seniors live comfortably and independently in their homes. The role provides one-on-one client care in the local area, following individualized care plans and communicating professionally with clients’ families and office staff. Caregivers may assist with daily living, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, errands, shopping, prescription pickup, telehealth visits, and light housekeeping. The organization offers initial and ongoing training, flexible scheduling, a supportive office team, travel reimbursement, performance incentives, and career growth opportunities. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with primarily weekday day shifts. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour. The position is with an independently owned and operated Home Helpers Home Care franchise; hiring decisions are made by the local franchisee.

Requirements

• Professional caregiving experience is preferred.
• Applicants with caregiving experience, with or without CNA or HHA certification, are encouraged to apply.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Access to a smartphone and email.
