About The Position

Benchmark at Rye is seeking compassionate Experienced Caregivers to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The role offers full-time opportunities on either the evening shift (2 p.m.–10 p.m.) or night shift (10 p.m.–6 a.m.), with pay of $20–$23 per hour.

Requirements

• A valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license is preferred; training is available.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional, meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
