Experienced Caregiver Part Time
About The Position
Benchmark at Rye is seeking experienced caregivers to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. This is a part-time day-shift role with hours from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. The advertised pay is $20–$23 per hour. Caregivers assist residents with daily living, document care and report changes in health or behavior, engage residents in meaningful activities, and provide emotional support and attentive customer service. Training is available for applicants who do not hold a CNA, HHA, or LNA license. Requirements
- A valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license is preferred; training is available.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
