About The Position

Always Best Care is hiring caring, reliable, and dedicated CNAs and HCAs for daytime caregiving opportunities in West Seattle, South Seattle, White Center, Burien, Tukwila, Renton, and nearby areas. Caregivers provide non-medical support in clients’ homes, helping seniors maintain comfort, independence, dignity, and well-being through companionship and personalized assistance. The role offers flexible daytime shifts of 4–8 hours, with scheduling options to fit availability. Weekend availability is a plus. Pay is $23–$25 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and certifications, with weekly payments. The position includes health coverage, paid leave, employer-paid training and professional development, qualifying mileage reimbursement for travel between client homes, and caregiver referral incentives.

Requirements

CNA or HCA certification.
Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and willingness to drive clients.
One year or more of experience supporting older adults.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability for day shift and short shifts.
Clear background check and drug test.
Comfortable working around dogs and cats.

Nice To Haves

High school degree or GED preferred.
Weekend availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build meaningful connections with clients through kind conversations and compassionate support.
Assist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and everyday routines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities.
Provide personalized care based on each client's needs, comfort, and preferences.
Support seniors’ independence, respect, comfort, and well-being in their own homes.
