Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to follow care plans and work effectively as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Help with walking, transfers, and mobility
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals that meet dietary needs
- Encourage proper nutrition and hydration
- Offer companionship and meaningful conversation
- Accompany clients to appointments and community outings when needed
