About The Position

Right at Home SLC is hiring part-time caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in maintaining independence and quality of life at home. Caregivers provide one-on-one care, companionship, and practical assistance to promote clients’ well-being. Weekday and weekend shifts are available. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older.
Valid driver’s license and a car.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience with dementia or behavioral care.
Familiarity with Hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist clients with hygiene and mobility.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
Give medication reminders.
Build meaningful connections that foster clients’ well-being.

Benefits

Competitive pay of $17.00–$18.25 per hour, based on experience, CNA status, or Dementia Certification; minimum $27.50 per shift.
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate of $17.00 per hour.
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews.
Generous bonus after 60 days for employees working 20 or more hours per week who have completed required documents.
