Requirements
- At least one year of caregiving experience.
- A driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
- Genuine enjoyment of helping others.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, CNA or PCA work, or caring for a family member.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Prepare meals.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Help clients with dressing and grooming.
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
- Give medication reminders.
- Run errands and provide transportation.
- Support clients with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
- Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
- Notice and communicate observations about clients’ needs and well-being.
