About The Position
Caring Senior Service is hiring caregivers to support seniors in their homes throughout Whitney, Hillsboro, and surrounding Hill County communities in Texas. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while providing compassionate, dependable, and professional support. The organization emphasizes valuing, respecting, supporting, and recognizing caregivers, listening to their feedback, and offering opportunities to learn, develop, and take on more responsibility as the team grows. Pay is $14–$16 per hour, with flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability.

Nice To Haves
- Experience in caregiving, senior care, home care, assisted living, CNA work, or PCA work.
- Experience caring for a family member.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Prepare meals.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Assist with dressing and grooming.
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
- Give medication reminders.
- Assist with errands and transportation.
- Support clients with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
- Provide families with peace of mind.
- Notice and communicate observations about clients' wellbeing.
