About The Position

Charter Oak Home Care is seeking a caregiver to support a woman in West Hartford, Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The client is a fall risk and needs assistance with transfers, showering and toileting, housekeeping, and companionship. The stated pay range is $18–$23 per hour.

The caregiver helps implement personalized care plans that support older adults’ physical and emotional well-being. Duties include assisting with scheduled activities and care management, providing personal care and companionship, and helping enhance clients’ quality of life. The employer is family-run and has served Connecticut seniors since 1985, with a mission to help older adults remain independent in the comfort and security of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to a dedicated client in their home.
