About The Position

Caring Senior Service is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes throughout Whitney, Hillsboro, and surrounding Hill County communities in Texas. Caregivers provide assistance according to each client's needs, which may include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, mobility support, medication reminders, errands, transportation, and Alzheimer's or dementia support. The role also involves helping families feel at ease and supporting clients' dignity and well-being. Pay is $14–$16 per hour, with flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in caregiving, senior care, home care, assisted living, CNA work, or PCA work.
• Experience caring for a family member.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to senior clients.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients with dressing and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Run errands and provide transportation.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
• Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, independent, and dignified in their homes.
• Observe clients and communicate relevant observations, ideas, or feedback to the team.
• Help provide families with peace of mind.
