About The Position

Homewatch CareGivers is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for clients across Orange County, LA County, and the Inland Empire. Shifts are available immediately and range from 4 to 12 hours, including day, night, and overnight shifts. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with flexible hours and opportunities to work overtime. Pay starts at $20–$22 per hour, based on experience.

Caregivers help clients with daily living activities and support a healthy, comfortable home environment. The role includes paid training, support from 24/7 care staff, and opportunities to grow within the company. The agency provides PPE and follows state COVID-19 guidelines. This independently owned agency provides in-home services to people of all ages, including seniors, children, veterans, people with chronic illnesses, and people recovering from medical procedures.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience is preferred, in a facility or with a home care agency.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• HCA license with the State of California is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ongoing care needs and collaborate with families and care staff.
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Drive clients to appointments and shopping.
• Assist with bathing and dressing.
