Flexible-Shift Caregiver
About The Position
CareOne Senior Care is seeking responsible and compassionate caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one assistance to seniors and adults in Dearborn, Michigan. The goal is to help clients maintain their daily routines and remain comfortable in familiar surroundings. Caregivers should be dependable and communicate well with clients, families, and office staff. Flexible shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekdays, and weekends. Part-time and full-time opportunities depend on current client needs. Regular assignments pay $15–$17 per hour, and specialty assignments pay up to $22.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be willing to complete required background screening and TB testing.
- Have a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and auto insurance for assignments involving client transportation.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with meals and daily activities.
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Support mobility as directed by the care plan.
- Complete light housekeeping related to client care.
