About The Position

Right at Home Kentuckiana is hiring caregivers in Louisville to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults who want to remain safely at home. The role supports clients’ comfort, safety, independence, and dignity through personal care, household assistance, transportation, medication reminders, and companionship. Flexible shift options and immediate opportunities are available. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or senior care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with mobility.
• Help with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Give medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments or errands.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
