About The Position
We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Caregivers, and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our team in Philadelphia. Nursing Students are encouraged to apply! If you have a proven track record of providing quality care and want a role with flexible scheduling, this opportunity is for you.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED/Transcript
- At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience (required)
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility needs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Ability to work independently while following health and safety guidelines
- Compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach to care
Nice To Haves
- Valid CNA or HHA certification (If available)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (If available)
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Provide personal hygiene and dressing support
- Help with mobility, walking, and therapy exercises
- Monitor nutrition and conduct basic health checks (blood pressure, etc.)
- Medication reminders and adjunct patient care
