About The Position

Right at Home Kentuckiana is hiring Caregivers in Louisville to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults who want to remain safely at home. The role supports clients in living safely and comfortably at home while maintaining independence and dignity. Flexible scheduling and immediate opportunities are available, with morning, day, evening, overnight, short, and extended shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Driver's license and valid auto insurance.
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or senior care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with mobility.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments or errands.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
