About The Position

Provide in-home companionship and support to clients, helping with meals, errands, daily tasks, and personal care while supporting clients in maintaining independence at home. No prior healthcare experience is required; paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow skills are provided. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time or variable hours, and client matching based on preferences and comfort level. Pay is $19–$23 per hour, based on shift.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Have reliable transportation and be able to drive during shifts as needed.
• Be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Enjoy helping others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA).
