About The Position

New Horizons is hiring caregivers to provide companionship and practical support to clients in their homes. No healthcare experience is needed; paid training, ongoing support, and mentorship are provided. Caregivers can choose when they work, with full-time or variable-hour schedules, and are matched with clients based on their preferences and comfort level. Pay is $19–$23 per hour, based on shift. The role offers 24/7 scheduling support, daily pay availability, medical health benefits, and a $500 annual education credit.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enjoy helping others and want meaningful, flexible work.
• Have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Have reliable transportation and be able to drive during shifts as needed.
• Be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, DSP, or home care aide (HCA) is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
