About The Position
Preferred Care at Home of The Villages is seeking qualified caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for assignments in Summerfield, Lady Lake, and surrounding areas. The role involves assisting seniors in maintaining their dignity and independence in their own homes and providing exceptional care. Stable assignments are available for immediate placement. Interviews are conducted remotely via Zoom, and applicants may self-schedule an interview. Work is performed in person in clients’ homes. Hours are flexible, with day and evening shifts and holiday scheduling.
Requirements
- For CNA applicants: 1–2 years of experience.
- For caregiver applicants: 3 or more years of experience.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
- Ability to commute.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
