About The Position
Preferred Care at Home of The Villages is seeking qualified caregivers for assignments in Summerfield, Lady Lake, and surrounding areas. Caregivers help seniors maintain dignity and independence in their own homes while providing exceptional care. The company offers stable, high-paying assignments available for immediate placement. Interviews are conducted remotely via Zoom, and applicants can self-schedule an interview. The positions are available full-time, part-time, and PRN, with flexible scheduling and the ability to choose hours. Work is performed in person in clients’ homes. Standard shifts include day and evening shifts, and the supplemental schedule includes holidays.
Requirements
- CNA candidates must have 1–2 years of experience, or caregiver candidates must have 3 or more years of experience.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background screening.
- Must be able to commute.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
