About The Position
Preferred Care at Home of The Villages, a nationwide senior care company, is seeking qualified caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants for assignments in Summerfield, Lady Lake, and surrounding areas. The role involves assisting seniors in maintaining their dignity and independence in their own homes and providing exceptional care. Stable assignments are available for immediate placement. Interviews are conducted remotely via Zoom, and candidates may self-schedule an interview. Work takes place in person in clients’ homes. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are offered, with flexible hours and holiday work in the supplemental schedule.
Requirements
- CNA candidates must have 1–2 years of experience, or caregiver candidates must have 3 or more years of experience.
- Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Must be able to pass a background screening.
- Must be able to commute.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
