About The Position
Preferred Care at Home of The Villages is seeking qualified CNAs and caregivers for immediate assignments in Summerfield, Lady Lake, and surrounding areas. The position involves helping seniors maintain their dignity and independence while receiving care in their own homes. Assignments are described as stable and high-paying, with full-time, part-time, and PRN options. Interviews are conducted remotely via Zoom, and employees can choose their hours with a flexible schedule. Full-time employees are eligible for dental, health, and vision insurance after 90 days, and a 401(k) after one year. A same-day pay option is also listed among the full-time benefits.
Requirements
- For CNA applicants: 1–2 years of experience; caregiver applicants: 3 or more years of experience.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
- Ability to commute to assignments.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
