About The Position

The Caregiver provides personal assistance and routine daily care and services to residents to support their independence and quality of life. The role also assists residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimum level of functioning. Caregivers work in a warm, caring, home-like senior living community and are expected to provide care and service to residents and their families with compassion and professionalism. Full training is provided, and the employer is willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A love for working with seniors.
• Be a flexible, energetic people person who can project calm, care, and professionalism in work-related situations.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a health care environment or equivalent is preferred.
