About The Position
Right at Home is hiring caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Home Health Aides in Harvest, Alabama. The role provides flexible scheduling, consistent support, and a positive work environment while delivering compassionate hands-on care to clients. Available schedules include full-time or part-time work, long or short shifts, and weekday or weekend shifts in the morning, afternoon, or overnight. Pay is $13–$15 per hour, with weekly pay and a daily-pay option through TapCheck. Weekend differential pay is available. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Driver’s license and a vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Some caregiving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and other daily activities.
- Prepare meals and perform cleaning tasks.
- Assist clients with mobility.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Provide transportation and companionship.
