About The Position
Right at Home is hiring Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide meaningful one-on-one support that helps seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Employees can choose shifts that fit their availability and work with the company to build a flexible schedule. The pay range is $15–$18 per hour, with weekly pay and a weekend shift differential. The position is located in Winchester, Tennessee, and is available full-time or part-time.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Must have a driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- One year of caregiving experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Lift and transfer experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, and cooking.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Assist with errands or transportation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
