About The Position

Right at Home is hiring caregivers to serve clients in Chattanooga and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible scheduling so caregivers can choose the days and hours they want to work. Pay starts at $15 per hour, with a higher rate for shorter shifts, and is paid weekly. The position includes caregiving and companionship services, assistance with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to errands or appointments.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Must pass a background check.
Valid driver's license.
Vehicle with valid insurance.
At least 6 months of caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, showering, dressing, and shaving.
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Assist with prescribed range-of-motion exercises.
Transport clients to errands or appointments.
Provide dementia care.
Provide companionship through activities such as reading, music, and puzzles.
