About The Position
Right at Home is hiring Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants in Hartselle, Alabama. The role provides meaningful one-on-one support to help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Employees can choose shifts that fit their availability, with schedules created around their lives. Pay is $13–$15 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Some caregiving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, and cooking.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Assist with errands or transportation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
