About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide care, comfort, and companionship to seniors in their community. The role offers full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities in Pittsfield, Lee, Great Barrington, Adams, North Adams, Williamstown, and Dalton, Massachusetts. No prior experience is required, and free training is provided. Compensation is $17–$20, with a $250 sign-on bonus for caregivers working 20 or more hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities, including dressing, bathing, and mobility.
- Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support.
- Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with transportation.
- Support clients' safety and well-being.
