About The Position

BAYADA is hiring a Caregiver - Special Needs, also referred to as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role helps clients live more independent and fulfilling lives at home and in their communities. Positions are available throughout Westmoreland County, including Greensburg, Irwin, New Kensington, Lower Burrell, Youngwood, Spring Church, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) is preferred but not required.
