About The Position

The Pines of Mount Lebanon, an Integracare community, is seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers and CNAs to join our dedicated care team on the 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). In this role, you will provide essential daily assistance, physical support, and companionship to our residents, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and comfort in a welcoming community environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required to receive the $20.30/hr tier. (Non-certified Caregivers are fully eligible for the $19.30/hr tier).
• Must be able to pass standard pre-employment background checks and health screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or personal care preferred, but enthusiastic candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with meal distribution and provide supportive assistance during breakfast and lunch service.
• Answer resident call lights promptly and attentively.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided and report any updates or changes in resident condition to line nursing staff.
• Foster a warm, safe, and respectful environment for all residents, visitors, and team members.
