About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs), caregivers, and certified nursing assistants to provide in-home care in the Tucson area and surrounding communities. Available shifts range from 1 to 12 hours, and the office is described as very busy. BAYADA emphasizes safely helping clients remain at home and provides caregivers with clinical manager support around the clock. The role includes assisting clients with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility, medication assistance, vital sign checks, and home-management tasks. The posting lists hourly pay of $16.75–$30.00, with overtime pay of $21.50–$30.00 per hour, plus shift incentives, travel fees, and mileage pay. Requirements
- At least one year of work experience.
- A current CNA/LNA (Certified/Licensed Nursing Assistant) license listed in good standing with the board.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Assist clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Help with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home-management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist clients with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
