About The Position

RoseWood Village Hollymead is hiring Caregivers / Resident Assistants for its senior living team in Charlottesville, Virginia. CNA certification is not required; training is provided. The role involves helping residents with daily routines and providing compassionate, dependable care. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The listed pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour.

Candidates may attend a walk-in interview every Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at RoseWood Village at Hollymead, 2029 Lockwood Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22901. Online applications are also accepted.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to complete required background screening and training.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused.
• CNA certification is not required.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help residents with mobility and daily activities.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Respond to resident needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Document care provided.
