About The Position

RoseWood Village Hollymead is hiring Caregivers / Resident Assistants to join its senior living team in Charlottesville, Virginia. No CNA certification or prior caregiving experience is required; training is provided. The role involves helping residents with daily routines and providing compassionate, dependable care. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available, with first-, second-, and third-shift opportunities. The advertised pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour. Walk-in interviews are offered every Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at RoseWood Village at Hollymead, 2029 Lockwood Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22901; applicants may also apply online.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help residents with mobility and daily activities.
• Assist residents with meals and hydration.
