Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring entry-level Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Providence Forge, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The position is available full-time or part-time. The company provides free Personal Care Aide certification training for applicants who are not yet certified and offers ongoing paid training. Caregivers support clients with everyday routines and help maintain a clean, comfortable living space. Nurses are available to assist caregivers when issues arise. Schedules may include days, nights, or weekends and can be arranged around the caregiver’s schedule.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and dependable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep the client’s space clean and comfortable.
- Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
