Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring entry-level Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Waverly, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The position is available full-time or part-time, and the company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training to applicants who are not yet certified. Schedules may include days, nights, or weekends, with flexibility to work around the caregiver’s schedule. Nurses are available to assist caregivers, and ongoing paid training is provided. The company has cared for families across the Mid-Atlantic for nearly 40 years.
Requirements
- Be eligible to work in the United States; the company is unable to provide sponsorship.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a compassionate and dependable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep clients’ spaces clean and comfortable.
- Notify the office of changes in a client’s condition or circumstances.
