About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full-time and part-time Caregivers and Personal Care Aides to provide in-home care to clients in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The role supports clients with daily routines and helps them live comfortably at home. Applicants who are not yet certified can receive free Personal Care Aide training, which can be completed from home. The company provides nearby nursing support and ongoing paid training.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Two professional references.
• Reliable transportation.
• A compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep the client's space clean and comfortable.
• Notify the office of changes in a client's condition or circumstances.
