About The Position
NXT Level Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide non-medical, in-home care to clients in Long Beach, California, and surrounding areas. The position is in person, with flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts. It is listed as part-time. Caregivers assist clients with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and medication reminders. They report changes in clients’ conditions or safety concerns to the office. The role requires active California HCA registration, a current TB test and CPR certification, and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Caregiving experience is preferred.
