About The Position

The Home Care Aide provides non-medical home care services to individuals in need throughout St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and part of Franklin County. The role includes helping clients with daily activities, offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with meals and light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments and outings. The position requires an open and flexible schedule, readiness to work at a moment’s notice, and travel across the service area.

Requirements

• Must have an open and flexible schedule.
• Willingness to travel throughout St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and part of Franklin County.
• Must be able to go to work at a moment's notice.
• Must have reliable and insured transportation.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be over 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members.
