About The Position
NXT Level Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide non-medical, in-home care to clients in Long Beach and surrounding areas. The role is in person, with flexible part-time shifts available during the day, evenings, and weekends. Requirements
- Active California HCA registration.
- Current TB test and CPR certification.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Report changes or safety concerns to the office.
