About The Position
As a full-time Caregiver for Residential Program at Sevita, you will support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals while building trusting relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license held for at least 1 year without restrictions.
- Clean driving record.
- At least 18 years old.
- Successful clearance of background checks.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals, including budgeting and nutrition.
- Build trusting relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend.
- Assist with meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and outings.
- Help individuals engage with their communities and participate in favorite events and recreational activities.
- Take initiative and contribute ideas in the role.
