About The Position

A Circle of Love Home Care is hiring caregivers, including PRN caregivers, for opportunities throughout the greater Atlanta area. Schedules and availability may vary by client. The organization describes itself as caregiver-first and offers nurse-led mentorship and caregiver-first scheduling, with an emphasis on recognizing caregivers’ clinical skills, listening to their voices, and supporting career growth. Caregivers provide hands-on personal care and daily-living support, promote clients’ mobility, monitor and report health information, provide medication reminders, and document care. They also help maintain safe, dignified client environments and offer companionship.

Requirements

Driver’s license and Social Security card.
Active, state-specific CNA license for CNAs; PCA test results for PCAs.
Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain them.
Recent negative TB test result, or willingness to obtain one.
Reliable transportation and ability to lift and transfer clients.
Basic computer and app skills for charting and communication.
Empathy, professionalism, and commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
Help clients with range-of-motion exercises, walking, and physician-directed therapy routines.
Check vital signs, track fluid and food intake, and promptly report changes.
Remind clients to take medications as ordered and document compliance.
Prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide companionship.
Follow infection-control and fall-prevention protocols.
Keep accurate EMR notes using the organization’s app.
