About The Position

Tribute Home Care is hiring a Caregiver Associate to provide in-home care to clients in Peabody, Danvers, Bedford, Woburn, and surrounding areas. Visits are typically 12 hours, allowing caregivers to build relationships with clients. The role includes personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. Caregivers work with Tribute’s care team to follow detailed care plans and help clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, while building lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.

The ideal candidate communicates warmly, listens well, is flexible about travel and scheduling, and is committed to showing up reliably for clients. Tribute describes its caregiver community as close-knit and supportive, with local 24/7 support.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience.
• Comfort with long visits, including day shifts or awake overnights.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Warm communication skills and the ability to listen well.
• Flexibility about travel and scheduling.

Responsibilities
