About The Position

Epitec is hiring a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter for its Sales & Recruiting team. The role offers an opportunity to develop a career in sales and recruiting while connecting candidates with meaningful opportunities. It is a hybrid position based in Boston, Massachusetts, and requires time onsite at client locations.

The Recruiter sources and evaluates candidates, matches them with open positions, and partners with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and prepare candidates for interviews. The role also involves presenting employment opportunities, discussing compensation packages, maintaining candidate relationships and pipelines, developing industry knowledge, providing excellent service, and generating referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, sales, or business.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Customer-facing or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Professionalism, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, food and beverage, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience through work, academics, or extracurricular activities.
• Interest in developing a career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools.
• Call, screen, and interview candidates to understand their experience and strengths.
• Match qualified candidates with position requirements.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Present employment opportunities and discuss compensation packages with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Develop industry knowledge, provide excellent service, and generate referrals.
• Communicate effectively and contribute to a productive, inclusive environment.
