About The Position

Tribute Home Care is hiring a Caregiver Associate to provide in-home support to clients across the South Shore area of Massachusetts, including Hingham, Weymouth, Dedham, Canton, and surrounding communities. Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and assistance with daily routines. Visits are typically long enough to build meaningful relationships, and the role involves building lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.

The Caregiver Associate works closely with Tribute’s care team, follows detailed care plans, and helps ensure each client feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. The position requires flexibility with travel and scheduling, comfort with long visits during the day or awake overnight, and availability to work at least one weekend day per week.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience.
• Comfort with long visits, during the day or awake overnight.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Warm communication and listening skills.
• Flexibility with travel and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with clients’ daily routines in their homes.
• Follow detailed care plans in coordination with Tribute’s care team.
• Help clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
• Build lasting relationships with a small number of clients.
