About The Position

LakeHouse Senior Living is hiring a full-time Caregiver/Aide for the 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. shift. LakeHouse operates Independent Living, Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care communities. The role supports residents’ independence, dignity, and physical safety while helping with daily living activities and participating in life enrichment activities. Caregivers also maintain cleanliness in residents’ rooms and work areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of residents’ rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence while promoting their dignity and physical safety.
• Participate in and assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, and eating, as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
