About The Position

The Caregiver provides personal assistance and routine daily care and services to residents, helping enhance their independence and quality of life. The role also assists residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimum level of functioning. Caregivers work with seniors and their families in a warm, home-like community and are expected to provide calm, caring, and professional support.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A love for working with seniors.
• Able to project calm, care, and professionalism in work-related situations.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a health care environment or equivalent is preferred.
• Flexible, fun, energetic, and personable attitude.
• The employer provides a full training program and is willing to train the right candidate.
