About The Position

The Caregiver provides personal assistance and routine daily care and services to residents, helping enhance their independence and quality of life. The role also assists residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimum level of functioning. The position is listed for a 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. shift. Encore Senior Living offers a full training program and is willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A flexible, fun, energetic people person who can project calm, care, and professionalism in work-related situations.
• A love for working with seniors.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a health care environment or equivalent is preferred.
