About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at The Kentridge Senior Living in Kent, Ohio. This full-time position offers a competitive wage range of $18.00-$20.00 per hour and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. As a Care Partner, you will be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. A key responsibility is to be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
