About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for Hudson Grande Senior Living. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 25 properties in 5 states, employing nearly 1,400 individuals. The Care Partner role is crucial for creating human connections with residents during vulnerable moments, being a reliable team member, fostering an inclusive environment, and engaging in continuous learning and development within the organization.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents.
Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
