About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for Hudson Grande Senior Living. The company fosters a home-like environment for both residents and team members, emphasizing core values that positively impact residents' quality of life. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 25 properties in 5 states, employing nearly 1,400 individuals. The Care Partner role is crucial for creating human connections with residents during vulnerable moments, being a reliable team member, fostering an inclusive environment, and engaging in continuous learning and development within the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents.
  • Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

  • Be “Proactive” with assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care
